Hearts join Celtic and Rangers join 19-team Lowland League as restructure talks begin on B teams
Hearts will have a young B team in the Lowland League alongside Celtic and Rangers in 2022/23 after chairman Thomas Brown used his casting vote to accept all three to enter as guest teams in what will be a 19-team league.
